Vibrating Screen As-Built
Tharisa Mine — Northwest Province
Moteme Phuti Holdings was commissioned by Tharisa Mine to deliver a complete as-built survey of the vibrating screen plant and associated process structures at their Northwest Province platinum group metals (PGM) processing facility. Tharisa Mine is one of South Africa's leading integrated PGM and chrome producers.
Our team mobilised to site and executed a multi-position laser scanning campaign covering the full extent of the vibrating screen decks, supporting structures, access platforms, and surrounding plant equipment. The resulting point cloud data was processed in Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D, producing a detailed digital record of the plant's as-built condition — ready for engineering, maintenance, and future expansion planning.
